The staff here are really helpful and know what they're doing, and the rooms come with all the necessary amenities like balconies, terraces, and air conditioning.

the double room is budget and has a mini-bar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels, and climate control. friendly efficient staff, they smile all the time.

The room was well-equipped with a view and the staff was VERY AMIABLE. The staff helped with baggage. Location: the hotel was just next door to the historically-themed shopping mall, the property's restaurant, and Old Nessebar. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Beluga Nessebar that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I really enjoyed the room with air conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable; the location was perfect for walking around Old Nessebar.

Great location, fabulous surroundings, helpful staff, clean, beautifully designed and furnished, perfect for a short visit.

We stayed only a couple of days, so I didn't bother bringing shampoo. I was a bit surprised that after cleaning the room hotel toilettries were not changed. Other than that- our stay was perfect!

I booked a room with air conditioning and an amazing balcony view, and the restaurant offered a diverse breakfast menu.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the ancient city, allowing easy access to all the attractions and restaurants within a short walking distance. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail in terms of amenities and furnishings. We loved the fact that some of the rooms had a great view of the church of St. Stephen, adding to the charm of our stay.

All in all, everything was perfectly fine during our stay.

I found the resturaunt staff extreamly ill manerd and over priced £1.50 for a small bottle of water £2.00 for coffee ect. this is not a complant agaist the hotel as I was visiting friends.The hotel was excellent value.and being disabled catered for all my needs(resturaunt ) is rented from hotet.

This hotel's location is perfect - right in the center of everything! Cleanliness was amazing and the staff was helpful. Transportation was not a problem as the hotel is close to everything and has parking available. I enjoyed the breakfast and was pleased with the hotel facilities!

Lovely cozy room with all required facilities and equipment, and a nice view of the church. the staff was very hospitable and welcoming. the location is very convenient, close to many attractions and the sea. It was possible to relax and recharge batteries.

Some facilities were being renovated, so there was some noise and inconvenience, and a restaurant was closed.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning to the lovely balcony that offers a great view of the church of St. Stephen. The location is perfect, right in the center of Nessebar, allowing easy access to all the tourist attractions and shops.

First of all, great location in a very cozy and romantic place. Very nice hotel with clean rooms (incl. bathrooms) and helpful staff. Be aware of the street exchange office across the street, they have fake exchange rates. You can change money at the hotel reception and even though the rate is slightly lower, you are 100% sure that the money is not fake and the rate is correct.
